Here are all the details on how to join and what happens…
- How to add it to your calendar: Click one of the calendar export buttons up top or follow the instructions in this post to add all the artist’s Courtyard events to your Google calendar.
- How to join: There’s a link in the box above to join the Zoom meeting, which will open about 5 minutes before the event time.
- What we’ll be doing: Getting to know each other and playing the grade school game of “Show and Tell”
- What you should bring: A beverage and something to share in 30-60 seconds!
- What might you share? Basically whatever makes you happy right now! This could be:
- Your favorite tool
- Wear your favorite article of clothing
- A hobby project you are working on (or finished)
- A favorite photo
- Something that reminds you of a treasured vacation, trip, or adventure
- Your favorite recipe
- Your pet (or a photo of it)

Hi Kiffanie! I’m looking forward to the Campfire chat! And may I ask a question that’s come up for a fellow artist? He’s an amazing muralist, now in his 80s, who created three beautiful and well-loved murals in Calistoga, for free, out of his love for the community. A developer bought one of the buildings and wants to, basically, destroy most of that mural. He and his partner have looked into the California laws that might give him some protection, and I told them about the Visual Artist’s Rights Act. I’d love to ask if there’s anything you would suggest that I could pass along to help them out (in addition to my letters to the editor and city officials). Is that all right? Thank you in advance, so much! 🙂
