Want to be considered for the hot seat? Then email me your 2022 focus, business projects, and the legal projects you’ve brainstormed. And I’ll notify you if you’ve been picked for the hot seat!

  • We’ll start off by saying hi and how the challenge is going so far. (About 5 minutes)
  • We’ll go through each of our hot seats volunteers, looking over their focus and business and legal projects and then crafting a prioritized to-do list.

I hope you’ll join us! Got a question? Leave it below!

  1. Hi Kiffanie!
My 2022 focus is on my art teaching, growing the number of classes I’m teaching online, getting my new teaching platform and email system set up, and looking at whether I should become an LLC.
    1. I want to make sure my email lists are legally compliant and whitelisted, and that my websites are legally compliant.
    2. I want to protect my teaching materials, so that no one who takes my courses re-shares them or takes them to teach their own classes (unless they’ve licensed it with me?).
    3. Consideration about becoming an LLC? (I’ve got a lot to get set up first, but I’m thinking it would be good when I’m ready.) Would it cover my art teaching? Should it cover both my teaching and my fine art?

What can you do to best protect your ass(ets)?
